RETURNS

If you have received the clothes but the size does not fit you and you want to exchange it for a different size, please let us know your intention by e-mail export@linitlinen.com. You will need to return us the item(s) within 5 business days after the date of the receipt of the parcel. As soon as we receive the parcel from you and check the quality of the goods, we will send you the garment of a different size.

If all or a part of your order does not satisfy you, you must contact us and inform us the number of your order by e-mail export@linitlinen.com. Then we will provide you with a detailed instruction, a return form of the purchased items, and a postal address to return goods.

You have 5 business days from the date of the receipt of the package to inform us of your intention to send back one or more items and the reason for the return. Customer is to pay return shipping costs.

Before items are returned please make sure that they are in the same condition, unused and unwashed, as they were on receipt and have all the labels and tags and original packing. We will not accept returns that do not meet all the requirements, in which case items will be returned to your address at your expense.

The refund will be made within 5 business days from the receipt of the package by us. After the receipt of the items, we will check them for quality and package integrity. If the quality and package integrity do not meet our requirements, we will notify you by a confirmation email.

Refunds will be processed via the same method as the customer’s original payment (PayPal/Visa/Mastercard). Refunds will be made in the same currency as it has been paid by the customer.

For International returns you must mark on the postal company's consignment 'Returned Goods' to ensure that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes.
